Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a session?
The easiest way is to call or text me directly at 954-513-9677. You can also fill out the contact form on the website and I'll get back to you quickly. Once we confirm the date, a 50% deposit secures your session. See pricing.
How do I pay?
Payment is easy and flexible. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, check, or cash. A 50% deposit secures your session and the balance is due after the shoot.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date in mind. Weekends — especially October through January — book fast. I'd recommend reaching out at least 2-3 weeks ahead for portrait sessions and as early as possible for weddings and events. That said, I've done plenty of same-day bookings — as long as there's availability, reach out and we'll make it work.
How long does a session last?
Portrait sessions are up to one hour. Mini sessions are up to 30 minutes. Event and wedding coverage is hourly — we discuss in advance what works best for your day. Every image taken within your session time is fully edited and included. No hidden culling, no upsells to get your photos.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
For most sessions, edited images are delivered within 1-3 days. Weddings and larger events may take a little longer depending on the size of the shoot — quality is never rushed.
How will I receive my photos?
You'll receive a download link to your fully edited, high-resolution images — print rights included. No watermarks. Yours to keep.
Do I get print rights with my photos?
Yes. Every session includes full download rights and print rights. You can print your images anywhere you'd like.
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
We'll work it out — always. I keep a reschedule day available for every session, so if the weather doesn't cooperate we have a backup ready to go. Some clients have even rescheduled to the following year and it worked out perfectly. If the day you booked is your only option, no problem — I have a variety of indoor and outdoor locations available to make sure we get your photos done regardless of the weather. You're not walking away without great shots.
What should I wear?
Dress how you'd like to be remembered — but be comfortable. Here's what always works:
Men — polos, button-ups, khakis, slacks, or blue jeans,
Women — sundresses, or a nice top with jeans or shorts,
Young girls — dresses always photograph beautifully,
Boys — shorts with a rolled-up button-up or a simple t-shirt,
Light colors make you look fun and pop on camera. Avoid busy patterns and large logos — they pull attention away from faces. Most importantly, bring your personality to the shoot. The best photos come from people who feel like themselves. When in doubt, reach out before your session and I'll give you specific advice based on your shoot location and style.
What locations do you shoot at?
I'm based in Pompano Beach and shoot throughout Broward County and South Florida — beaches, parks, venues, your home, your business. After we talk about your vision and the vibe you're going for, I'll send you 3-4 location options to choose from. If you'd rather just let me pick, I have plenty of go-to spots and I'll match the location to your session perfectly. If you have a specific place in mind, let's talk about it.
I'm not photogenic — will this still work for me?
Every time. Most of my clients say the same thing before the shoot and forget all about it once we get started. I'll guide you through poses that work for your body and your personality, and I'll also capture candid moments in between — because sometimes the most natural, beautiful shots happen when you're not even thinking about the camera. I'll show you a few images early on, get you comfortable, and take it from there. The camera likes you more than you think.
Do you shoot film?
Yes. In addition to digital, I shoot 35mm film on a Nikon F5 and FM and develop it myself. If you're interested in a film session or a mix of both, reach out and we can talk about what's possible.
How do I know my memories are in good hands?
122 five-star Google reviews. Over 200 families served. 15+ years behind the lens. I don't let an image leave the studio without it being website worthy — that's not a slogan, it's how I work.
